Youth Scholarship Program

The annual Youth Scholarship Program begins with the application period which opens each year in January at which time a deadline consistent with Broward County Public Schools, Private Schools and other granting organizations will be posted. Only those applications which are complete with all supporting materials and documents (including Reference Reports/Documents) by the posted deadline will be assured of full consideration by the Foundation. Untimely or incomplete submitted applications will be entertained only at the Foundation’s discretion and convenience.

Each year the Youth Scholarship Program concludes at the end of the following March, at which time the Foundation’s Board of Directors determines the most highly qualified applicants supported by available resources will be able to support. The evaluation process includes a rating system which is overseen by the President of the Board of Directors.

Once the winners are selected a check will be written to the college or university on behalf of the student.
